• Test for the evaluation of the virucidal activity of devices, prototypes or chemical agents on viruses deposited on surfaces or fabrics;

• Test for evaluation of the virucidal activity of devices, prototypes or chemical agents on nebulized viruses;

• Further specific tests upon customer request.

Quantitative tests for the evaluation of antiviral activity and cytotoxicity of molecules on cell lines or tissues in 3D cultures:

• Cell viability and cytotoxicity assays (on cell lines and 3D cultures);

• Infectivity reduction assay and virus yield reduction assay (on cell lines and 3D cultures);

• Assays for evaluating the synergistic activity of two or more molecules;

• Assays for evaluating the onset of viral resistance to the molecule under examination;

• Specific antiviral assays for the study of the antiviral mechanism of action of the molecule in question;
