Certifications and Consultancy
The Laboratory offers certification services according to European standards:
In vitro cytotoxicity test of medical devices, with particular reference to facial masks for medical use, according to the UNI EN ISO 10993-5: 2009.
Test for the evaluation of the degree of microbiological cleanliness (bioburden) of facial masks for medical use, according to the EN ISO 11737-1: 2018.
Quantitative and suspended tests for the evaluation of the virucidal activity of chemical disinfectants and antiseptics, according to the EN 14476: 2013 + A2.
Determination of antiviral activity of textile products, according to the ISO 18184:2014(E).
Measurement of antiviral activity of plastics and other non-porous surfaces, according to the ISO 21702:2019(E).
Further tests according to European certifications will be evaluated upon customer request.
